One of the most recognized national chefs, Francisco Martins entered, in 2004, the Cordon Bleu Cooking School in Paris and later passed through restaurants such as "Eleven", "AM Le Bistro" and "The Fat Duck".
In 2013 he opened his first restaurant "O Talho". At this moment, he has 4 more spaces: "The Cevicheria", "The Boteco", "Las dos Manos" and "The Poke".
He has released 3 books ("Comer o Mundo", "A Cevicheria" and "Jantaradas") and regularly participates in national and international television programs, alongside some of the most acclaimed names in international cuisine, such as Gordon Ramsay.
He is one of the most sought after Portuguese chefs by food brands, to be commercially associated.
